Anaesthesia breathing circuit, reusable

Device Category Dossier for Anaesthesia breathing circuit, reusable. Australian ARTG records, sponsors, device class — compiled by arcimedes.

Anaesthesia breathing circuits are devices used in dentistry with nitrous oxide where exhalation opens a membrane allowing exhaled gas to enter an outer mask whilst suction in the outer mask remains separate from the inner mask to enable breathing without resistance. These circuits deliver a gas mixture of oxygen and nitrous oxide to the patient's nose for inhalation sedation whilst simultaneously exhausting the patient's exhaled gas mixture through scavenging and suction systems.
