Intended purpose

Exclusively for the ARROW VPS Rhythm DLX Device. The Interson Ultrasound System is intended for diagnostic ultrasound imaging in B or Combined (B + Color) modes. The system is only intended for use by healthcare professionals. The ultrasound module can be used alone for a variety of patient assessments, or in conjunction with ECG technology to assess a patient's vasculature prior to CVAD tip placement allowing ultrasound imaging of the vasculature and other tissue. The primary use of ultrasound is for facilitation of vessel puncture to avoid complications while gaining vessel access.
