Intended purpose

The non-active, surgically invasive implantable Endo-Model Knee System Knee Stem component is intended for long-term replacement of a diseased and / or defective knee joint in the human body. The Endo-Model Knee System forms a total replacement of the knee joint. The Endo-Model Knee System can be used with full-grown, anesthetized patients of any ethnic origin and sex. Functional description

Endo-Model -M Modular female taper cemented (conical) straight design stem with LINK PorEx (TiNbN) coating and a smooth glass blasted surface for enhanced bone cement adhesion and with a 3 star profile for higher rotational stability. Use with Centralizer is mandatory. Before applying bone cement, a plug (either UMWPE, natural bone or other materials) must be placed in the medullary canal. Modular Stems combined with either the modular Tibial or Femoral Component in knee joint modular version.
