Knee stem components are surgically invasive implantable devices intended for long-term replacement of diseased or defective knee joints, forming a total replacement of the knee joint. These devices are used in fully-grown, anaesthetised patients of any ethnic origin and sex and are indicated for revision knee arthroplasty in patients with sufficient bone stock and soft tissue integrity who have previously undergone total knee arthroplasty.
