Intended purpose
The MACS® ART Annexin V Reagent is used in combination with the other components of the MACS ART Annexin V System: MACS ART Binding Buffer, MACS ART MS Column, and the MACS ART Separation Unit. The MACS ART Annexin V System is intended for the in vitro depletion of apoptotic human spermatozoa by depleting phosphatidylserine-positive cells, from fresh, or cryopreserved, or otherwise manipulated semen samples.
