Magnetic cell separation reagents are in vitro labeling agents that use antibodies to bind to specific human cell surface markers, enabling magnetic enrichment or depletion of target cell populations through a CliniMACS System. These reagents are used to isolate or remove specific cell types from heterogeneous hematologic cell populations for therapeutic or research applications.
