Orthopaedic bone screw, non-biodegradable, non-sterile

Intended purpose

A non-sterile, threaded rod with a slotted head used for internal fracture fixation. It may be screwed into bone to hold plates or nails, to provide direct interfragmentary stabilization of bone, or to fasten soft tissue to bone. This device must be sterilized prior to use and is single use only.
