Intended purpose
LPS Distal femur is a component of The Limb Preservation System (LPS) which is intended for replacement of the mid-shaft portion of the femur, proximal, distal and/or total femur, and proximal tibia, especially in cases that require extensive resection and replacement.
Functional description
The LPS Distal Femur is made from CoCr and intended for cemented use. The LPS Distal Femur mates with segmental components, stem extensions or sleeves and articulates with the LPS hinged tibial insert. Supplied with a CoCr hinge pin and polyethylene bumper.
