Intended purpose

LPS Distal Femoral Poly Bumper Pin is a component of The Limb Preservation System (LPS) which is intended for replacement of the mid-shaft portion of the femur, proximal, distal and/or total femur, and proximal tibia, especially in cases that require extensive resection and replacement.

Functional description

The LPS XX-SM Distal Femoral Poly Bumper is made of polyethyelene and acts a physical stop to prevent excessive motion of the LPS Femoral component.
