Intended purpose
The device is a soft contact lens that is intended to act as a refractive medium to focus light rays on the retina to correct refractive vision conditions (e.g., myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, presbyopia). It may be worn for daily wear (less than 24 hours while awake) or extended wear for up to 6 continuous nights.
