Trocar sleeve seal/port reducer

Intended purpose

Used to aid in sealing a trocar sleeve assembly to inhibit the leakage of the insufflation media, e.g., carbon dioxide (CO2) gas, whilst providing an alternating channel guide allowing the insertion and exchange of other endoscopic instruments of different diameter.
