Non-adherent permeable wound dressings feature an open perforated structure that allows exudate to pass through into secondary dressings whilst a silicone layer creates a seal around the wound edge to minimise maceration risk. These dressings are indicated for burn coverage, thermal injuries, venous ulcers, diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers, and complex surgical wounds.
