Nerve-locating probes are sterile disposable devices designed for intraoperative use to stimulate and record from nerves, enabling direct nerve stimulation and localisation during surgery. They are used in spine surgical procedures to assist in locating nerves during or after placement of implants such as intervertebral fusion cages and pedicle screw fixation devices in both open and percutaneous minimally invasive approaches.
