Reverse shoulder glenospheres are prosthetic heads that attach to the glenoid base plate and articulate with the reverse shoulder humeral liner as part of a reverse shoulder joint replacement system. These devices are indicated for use in skeletally mature individuals with degenerative diseases of the glenohumeral joint and a grossly deficient, irreparable rotator cuff, including cases of failed glenohumeral joint replacement with loss of rotator cuff function resulting in superior migration of the humeral head.
